You are passionate about Japanese cuisine, and more specifically about recipes made with fresh homemade noodles like our ramen and yakisoba. 

You want to work in a dynamic and welcoming environment. You speak fluent English and French in order to welcome and interact with both local and international customers. We are soon opening a restaurant on Rue Jourdan, in Saint-Gilles (1060).

CHEF DE CUISINE F/M

You will be responsible for the complete management of the kitchen, adherence to recipes, quality of dishes, and supervision of the kitchen team. You will also be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and compliance with kitchen hygiene standards. 

Minimum of 5 years experience in the restaurant industry required.
You speak fluent English and French.

RESTAURANT MANAGER F/M

You must maintain a comprehensive vision of teamwork - front of house and kitchen - ensure good coordination between teams and be a role model for your staff. You will also be in charge of the administrative management of the restaurant: orders, inventory management, compliance with hygiene and safety standards, scheduling, etc. 

Minimum of 5 years experience in the restaurant industry required.
